Rob Stanley

Asst Director and Key InterActor

Rob started out life at the Lloyds TSB Banking Group. He then worked Dale Carnegie Training on their Training the Trainer programme helping to develop new staff. Subjects covered included the teaching of facilitation skills, developing emotional power (focussing on presentation skills) and state management.

For the last 5 years Rob has worked consistently for YES AND as a key actor in InterActive theatre and as an assistant director. The subjects he has covered have included, Customer Services, Managment issues, The Disability Discrimination Act, Mental Health and managing the work/home balance.
