A BSc in Analytical Chemistry & Biology from Dublin City University which is her home town Lisa started her training career teaching English to foreign students both in Ireland & abroad.

Then over the years she has worked on training herself in business acumen, speaking, training and self development eventually starting a company which focused on educating and empowering women to better themselves and others. She has delivered a wide variety of training to great success ranging from Communication and Problem- Solving to Sales and Collaboration
