Kalinka POULLAIN is a business MBA, strategic consultant, writer and facilitator specialising in the generics of organisational and individual change. Co-founder of YES AND, Kalinka has trained more than 10 000 individuals over the last decade and has devoted herself to intensive study and research of extraordinary levels of organizational, team and individual performance.

She brings to her work not only the experience of 10 years of facilitation in communication, collaboration, creativity and leadership skills but also an in-depth knowledge of the very latest approaches, methods and processes currently available across the globe, as well as a great ability and passion for designing learning materials aligned with an organisations’ structures and systems all of which help the organisation to thrive.
