Richard Jacobs

Director responsible for training, design and delivery

Richard has been involved in interactive training for over 15 years and during that time he has designed and delivered projects for a wide variety of organisations including business, education, local government regeneration, schools and charitable institutions. During this time he has had a long history of innovation, for example:

Large scale transformation - Working with Sandwell MBC, he pioneered award winning culture change programmes using InterActive theatre and transformational training to 10,000 people in a year across the whole spectrum of the workforce.

Private/Public Partnership - With the successful teams on the Lewisham, Sheffield and Newcastle BSF bids and with the Gateshead PFI he also developed pioneering partnering solutions to unite the disparate cultures involved in the project

Media - With McKinsey introducing the use of the ipod as a way to distribute training material through video and podcasts.

Ben Freedman

Director responsible for marketing, project planning and administration

Ben has a long history in the film and entertainment business.

He founded the Prince Charles Cinema in Central London and started Singalonga Productions, the leading producer of Sing-a-long-a interactive films and shows, including Sing-a-long-a Sound of Music and Sing-a-long-a Abba.  Over the last 10 years the company has produced Sing-a-long-a shows in 9 separate companies and sold nearly 2 million tickets

In the public sector Ben has served as Project Director for Partnerships for the National Year of Reading and the DCFS.

He is also a founding member of two national charities: Breakthrough Breast Cancer and Aspire both of which have subsequently become the leading organisations in their fields of Breast Cancer and Spinal Injuries respectively.
