TFL were implementing new processes for dealing with Reasonable Adjustment within the organization but recognized that without a change in behaviour and attitude these processes would be much less likely to succeed. Yes And designed a piece of InterAct looking at three issues (hearing impairment, depression and dyslexia) highlighted by the organization and delivered a 8½ day training sessions over two weeks to 450 people.
