We are specialists in generating effective change programmes. While many change management companies feel that it is possible to create positive, sustainable change through affecting processes and organisational restructuring, we don't. We believe that the only true change come through people, specifically their attitudes and behaviours. It is only when these are aligned and facing the right direction that any organisation can change in a sustainable way.

As a result we have pioneered processes over the last 15 years which facilitate this kind of change, powerfully and cost effectively, in groups ranging from 100 to 10,000.

Sandwell MBC

In 2002 Sandwell MBC, one of the most deprived boroughs in the country decided it needed to create a complete cultural and behavioral change in the way it worked. It appointed Yes to deliver a specific training programme called All4One involving interactive theatre and personal effective training. The programme received an unparalleled satisfaction rating from it participants and over the next 5 years the council not only won Investors in People, but went from a “Weak” CPA rating to “2 stars and improving strongly."  Very enjoyable and very thought provoking. Transport for London

TFL were implementing new processes for dealing with Reasonable Adjustment within the organization but recognized that without a change in behaviour and attitude these processes would be much less likely to succeed.  Yes And designed a piece of InterAct looking at three issues (hearing impairment, depression and dyslexia) highlighted by the organization and delivered a 8½ day training sessions over two weeks to 450 people. Westminster Mind

Westminster MIND partnered with Yes And to produce a ½ day training session addressing the issue of Mental Health at work and aiming to facilitate the successful employment of more people with a history of mental illness as well as to help develop healthier workplaces for everyone.  The play covered conditions such as depression, OCD, bipolar and simple stress.  This was piloted over 4 days to a variety of senior people from different organizations. The result was universally favourable.  91% of those attending felt the sessions met their expectations and 83% said they enjoyed the method of training. Read more »


Tower Hamlets Homes

Yes And were asked to help address a need to change attitudes and behaviours within the organisation.  A ½ day session using InterAct was delivered to over 2 weeks to the whole organization receiving a very positive response. The employees gave it an average mark of 4.5 out of 5 compared with the historic average mark of 3.2.  The sessions were filmed and a video to cover ongoing training needs was produced.  Yes And are now following this up with a more detailed Management Development Programme.
