Engaging Senior Management

This is an award-winning process designed to:
- Establish a clear Common Purpose for the project and so provide a unifying factor which then gives meaning and perspective to every position within the organisation.
- Facilitate stronger ongoing relationships and processes between decision-makers
- Help develop a more effective culture of corporate communications.
- Improve decision-making and buy-in
- Achieve better results in less time.
It takes place in two clear stages. These can be run together as a full day or separately as two half-days:
Stage 1: Purpose
Here we go through a unique questioning process arriving at a common compelling Purpose for the organisation, uniting different teams and acting as a catalyst for strategic decision-making.
Stage 2: Charter
Here we lock the best practice of those present articulating it through guiding principles in a charter. The charter acts as a beacon of effectiveness moving forward, as a guide for other teams throughout the organisation and as a basis for partnering with external organisations.
